Some of those ways include putting protocol and installation procedures into practice in an industry that is unregulated. Wilson’s doesn’t just make procedures; we also make sure that ALL installation crews follow every facet of these proven methods for a successful installation. Wilson’s Home Improvement also sends managers to inspect all jobs during the installation process and after the job is completed. Paul Wilson, the owner of Wilson’s Home Improvement boldly makes this promise to Wilson’s Home Improvement customers, “Your job isn’t finished until I’m satisfied. Wilson’s windows and vinyl siding meet or exceed respective industry standards for energy efficiency, beauty, durability and quality… All products are thoroughly hand-inspected before they leave Wilson’s to head out to customers. From the beginning, during the installation right through to the end, we want our customers to not only see the difference in the work we do, but feel the difference in WHO we are.
