In an unregulated industry, Paul had seen too many homeowners taken advantage of and he knew he had to have things in place to protect the customer because no other company was. He knew that customer service was missing from our industry. He developed installation protocol and hired supervisors that would make sure that this protocol was being followed. That is an added measure of protection for our customers. We don’t just contract installers to go to our customers’ homes and throw up some siding or install windows. We hire craftsmen, who have been trained to do it our way and who have to follow our installation protocol. They know that our Supervisors will be in during the installation and after completion to check their work and if they haven’t done it correctly, they will have to redo it, the right way. They only get paid once, so they know to get it right!
