When Paul and Sandy Wilson started Wilson’s Home Improvement in 2002, they knew they had to have competitive pricing, exceptional craftsmanship and phenomenal customer service. They knew to become the best; they would have to back up every job with an industry-leading warranty that set Wilson's apart. They wanted “the best of the best for less” to be more than just a catchy slogan; it had to be the truth. They knew to become the best, they needed to have a customer service company that specializes in siding and custom replacement windows, and that is exactly what they’ve done. Paul says, “To be the best, and continue to be the best, you have to strive to get better every single day.” As Wilson’s Home Improvement has grown, Paul and Sandy continue to recruit team members that have the same values and will take care of the customer. Many of our customers make comments about Austin and ask about him because they have watched him grow up in our TV commercials. In May of 2015, Austin graduated with his bachelor’s degree in business administration. He works full-time at Wilson’s as Sales Manager.

This philosophy is combined with a “soft sell” approach, so there is no hassling, haggling and absolutely no pressure. Paul just asks that everyone remember, “The bitter taste of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of a low price.” With over 70% of their new sales being referrals from previous customers, Paul and Sandy know they are doing things the right way.  Another indicator is the fact that since 2007, just five years after servicing their first customer, Wilson’s Home Improvement began being recognized for their excellence. Wilson's has been voted the “Best of the Best” Home Improvement Company in Arkansas for numerous years in multiple different publications. In 2016, they won a NATIONAL Best of Award.
